Cranberry Cherry Relish/Chutney

  1. Combine all ingredients except cranberries in heavy large saucepan. Bring mixture to boil over medium heat, stirring frequently. Reduce heat and simmer 10 minutes. Add cranberries and simmer until they begin to pop, about 5 more minutes. Remove cinnamon stick. Cover and refrigerate until cold. (Can be prepared 1 week ahead.)
