Red Cabbage Side-Salad
- 1 head Red cabbage (1 lb)
- 2 cloves Garlic (crushed or thinly minced)
- 1 handful Mint
- 1 handful Parsley
- 1 handful Basil
- 1 teaspoon Sesame Oil
- 1 tablespoon Apple Cider Vinegar
- 2 tablespoon Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 1 teaspoon Mirin Sweet Rice Wine
- 1/2 teaspoon Salt
- 1/4 teaspoon Pepper
- 1 teaspoon Soy Sauce
- Cut cabbage is half and then in thin pieces. Cut the long pieces so they're about bite size. Chop herbs.
- Once the cabbage and herbs are cut, mix all the ingredients into a large bowl. Chill in the fridge overnight and it'll taste even better then following day. Great dish to prepare ahead of a party.
- You can sprinkle the sesame seeds at the very end before serving.
