Bacon Wrapped Meatballs

  1. Mix lightly all ingredients except bacon.
  2. Roll the mixture into 8 balls.
  3. Wrap a slice of bacon around and secure with a toothpick.
  4. Broil 500 Degrees for 6 minutes then turn over and cook for 6 min more for a total of 12 min. Check if done by lightly pressing on top of meatball if pick juice comes out cook for a few minutes more then check again usually no more than 16 minutes broiling total
