Lily'S Favorite Nachos

  1. In a small bowl, mash garbanzo beans with the back of a fork. Incorporate mashed avocado, adding olive oil and tabasco. Add salt and pepper to taste.
  2. Mound bean mixture in the center of serving bowl or plate. Arrange pita wedges around mixture. Top pita and beans with grape tomatoes, cheese and cilantro. Microwave for a minute and a half until bean mixture is warm and cheese has melted. Serve immediately. Enjoy!
