Pork Paprikash

  1. 1) Coat a large skillet with cooking spray; place medium-high heat until hot. Add pork and onion; cook until pork is browned on all sides, stirring often. Add broth; bring to a boil. Cover, reduce heat, and simmer 20 minutes or until pork is tender.
  2. 2) Add soup, paprika, and salt to skillet, stirring well; bring to a boil. Reduce heat, and simmer, uncovered, 10 minutes. Remove from heat; stir in sour cream. Serve over cooked noodles; sprinkle with parsley, if desired.
