Chili Con Carne With Vegetables

  1. Splash vegetable oil in large pan on medium heat, and saute onions and garlic for about 3 minutes. Add meat and brown for about 5 minutes. Add and mix to the meat the tomoto sauce, boullion cube, ground cloves, chile powder, chile peppers (or red pepper), mushrooms, brocolli, bay leaves, flour, salt, pepper, and cook until the meat is entirely browned (about 10-15 minutes).
  2. Add the stewed or diced tomatoes and kidney beans to the mixture, and simmer for 20 minutes.
  3. Spinkle grated cheese to top of individual bowls, and serve with tortilla chips.
