Reese'S Peanut Butter Cup Oatmeal Cookies

  1. In a large bowl beat oleo and peanut butter until light and fluffy.
  2. Add sugar, brown sugar, eggs and vanilla; beat well. Stir together flour, soda and salt; blend into peanut butter mixture.
  3. Stir in oats.
  4. Cover dough; refrigerate several hours, until firm enough to handle.
  5. Heat oven to 350u0b0.
  6. Shape dough into 1-inch balls.
  7. Place on ungreased cookie sheet.
  8. Bake 9 to 11 minutes or until almost set; cool 5 minutes.
  9. Remove wrappers from peanut butter cups and place on each cookie, pressing down gently. Remove from cookie sheet to wire rack.
  10. Cool completely.
  11. Yield: 4 dozen.
