Steamed Chocolate Pudding

  1. Hard Butter Sauce:
  2. Beat 1 egg with mixer 8 minutes. Add remaining Sauce ingredients and mix till fully incorporated. Chill 1-2 hours.
  3. Mix all pudding ingredients , and place in greased and floured Steamed Pudding mold. Steam 2 hours in a double boiler
  4. Slightly cool pudding and remove from mold. Serve 3/4 inch thick semi-circular slices, topped with hard butter sauce
