Portuguese Fish

  1. In large frying pan saute onion in oil until soft; add bay leaves, garlic, tomatoes, parsley,wine, and salt. Simmer slowly uncovered.
  2. Place fish in the pan and spoon the mixture over the fish until fish is cooked. Place fish on serving platter.
  3. Cook tomato mixture until bubbly and pour over fish. Garnish with lemon wedges.
