Easy Buffalo Mac & Cheese
- 2 Cups of Elbow Macaroni
- 1 cup of Milk
- 2Tblsp of Butter
- 2Tblsp of flour
- 1 heaping Tblsp of Dried of Fresh Cilantro
- 1 tsp cumin
- 1tsp paprika
- 1tsp of chili flake (optional)
- 1tsp mustard
- 1/2 Cup Bread Crumbs with pecorino Romano, pinch of salt and pepper, with dried parsley.
- 1 1/2 cup of sharp cheddar Devided
- 3 strips of Tyson Brand Buffalo strips
- First start off with boiling your macaroni following the box recipe. Slightly under cook the macaroni to where it still has a nice bite to it.
- While that is going in a small sauce pan melt 2tblsp of butter till nice and frothy then add the 2tblsp of flour to make a roux.
- While working the roux heat up the 1cup of milk in the Microwave, Add the milk to the roux stir constantly to avoid lumps. Now add the cumin,mustard, chili flake and paprika. Stir to combine on low heat. Meanwhile take your noodles out to strain add them in a casserole dish, with about a 1Tblsp of butter, Cilantro and mix to combine. Remove the sauce off the heat it should be nice and thick or should coat the back of a spoon, Stir in your cheese stirring constantly.
- Now take the sauce and pour of the Noodles and mix to combine. Top with additional cheese and Bread Crumb mixture. Place in the oven uncovered for 15 minutes, then under the broiler for a additional 3 minutes or until golden brown.
