Mesquite-Crusted Shepherd'S Pie
- 1-1/2 lb. lean ground beef
- 1/2 cup chopped onions
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup KRAFT Mexican Style Finely Shredded Four Cheese
- 1 pkt. SHAKE 'N BAKE Seasoned Panko Seasoned Coating Mix
- 1 Tbsp. A.1. Dry Rubs Sweet Mesquite BBQ
- 1-1/2 cups frozen mixed vegetables (carrots, corn, green beans, peas), thawed
- 1 can (8 oz.) tomato sauce
- 3 cups warm mashed potatoes
- HEAT oven to 375u0b0F.
- BROWN meat with onions and garlic in large skillet; drain. Return meat mixture to skillet.
- COMBINE cheese, coating mix and Dry Rubs. Add half the cheese mixture to meat mixture along with the mixed vegetables and tomato sauce; stir. Cook 5 min. or until heated through, stirring frequently.
- SPOON into 2-qt. casserole sprayed with cooking spray; cover with potatoes. Top with remaining cheese mixture.
- BAKE 20 min. or until heated through.
