Basalmic Marinated Sirloin With Baby Portabellas

  1. Trim and cube steak into 1 inch pieces. Blend marinade ingredients in small processer. In a glass bowl mix marinade and steak chunks and refrigerate overnight, stir occassionally. Set up grill and get a nice hot fire going. While the grill is heating, cut onion and pepper into roughly 1 1/2 inch chunks. Boil poatoes intil almost done...about 10 minutes if they're baby size. Alternate meat and vegetables on metal skewers. Brush remaining marinade on vegetables. Grill over a hot fire untill peppers are slightly charred....the meat will be perfect then, too!
