Basalmic Marinated Sirloin With Baby Portabellas
- 1 pound thick sirlion steak
- 1 pound baby portabella mushrooms
- 1 large red pepper
- 1 large vadallia onion and 12 baby gourmet potatoes. For marinade- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1/4 cup basalmic vinegar
- 1/2 cup yellow onion
- 3 garlic cloves
- fresh ground pepper 2 teaspoons.
- Trim and cube steak into 1 inch pieces. Blend marinade ingredients in small processer. In a glass bowl mix marinade and steak chunks and refrigerate overnight, stir occassionally. Set up grill and get a nice hot fire going. While the grill is heating, cut onion and pepper into roughly 1 1/2 inch chunks. Boil poatoes intil almost done...about 10 minutes if they're baby size. Alternate meat and vegetables on metal skewers. Brush remaining marinade on vegetables. Grill over a hot fire untill peppers are slightly charred....the meat will be perfect then, too!
