Vegetable Chowder

  1. saute the pepper & onion in margarine / butter until tender
  2. add remaining veggies, water, bouillon cubes, salt & pepper. bring to a boil and simmer covered for 20 min.
  3. combine flour & milk. stir and bring to a boil to cook for 2 minutes (keep stirring)
  4. mix in parsley. add in the cheese just before serving.
