Grilled Tilapia With Cilantro Sauce & Black Bean Cornfetti

  1. set fish aside on a plate and mix other marinade other ingredients to taste
  2. pour half of the marinade/sauce over filets and marinade 30 minutes to an hour
  3. grill over medium to high heat on foil (spray w/oil)
  4. serve w/remainder of marinade as a sauce
  5. While grill is heating, sautee onion in a Tsp olive oil for 5 mins then add jalapeno & corn and sautee until cooked. Season w/salt & pepper. top w/diced avacado and cilantro once you put it on plates beside the fish
  6. add grilled tilapia to plates and top with the remaining sauce
