Sweet Spicy Wings
- 1 lb Buffalo Wings (wings and drumetts)
- Sauce:
- 2 tbsp Texas Pete Buffalo Sauce
- 1 tbsp Crystal Hot Sauce
- 2 tbsp butter
- 1 1/2 tbsp Carolina Mustard BBQ Sauce
- 2 tbsp Jamaican Jerk seasoning
- splash of pickled jalapeno juice
- Wing Seasoning
- Olive Oil to coat
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 tbsp Chile pepper
- 1 tbsp Chile powder
- 1/2 tbsp Cinnamon
- Preheat oven to 375
- Coat the wings in the olive oil on both sides. Sprinkle the salt, pepper, chile pepper and powder, and cinnamon over the wings on both sides.
- Place wings on a baking sheet and bake for 30 minutes, flipping wings half way through.
- Preheat Fryer to 350
- Remove wings from baking sheet and fry in small batches for 3-4 minutes, or until golden brown.
- The sauce:
- Combine the Texas Pete, the Crystal, and the butter in large mixing bowl, microwave until the butter has melted. Stir the sauce and add your Mustard sauce, the jerk seasoning, and the jalapeno juice. Microwave for 30 seconds just to warm the sauce, stir.
- Toss the wings in the sauce and serve.
