Granola

  1. Preheat oven to 300u0b0. Mix oats nuts and seeds in large bowl. Warm the maple syrup, honey and olive oils in a small saucepan over low heat until it thins (2-3 min). Do not boil. Pour over dry ingredients and mix well until coated. Spread evenly on large rimmed baking sheet. Bake 45 min., stirring ~ every 15 mins. It will be golden brown when done. Let cool on baking sheet; it will crisp as it cools.
