Holiday Rum Punch

  1. 1. Cover the following ingredients with water and bring mixture to a boil: whole cloves, cinnamon sticks and orange rind. Boil until the water has boiled down to about half of what you started with, strain and set liquid spice mixture aside.
  2. 2. In your chosen punch bowl or container mix together the following:
  3. all juices, sugar, rum, angostura bitters and liquid spice mixture.
  4. 3. Garnish with approx. 4 cinnamon sticks.
  5. 4. Chill a couple of hours, then serve!
