Chicken Rollups
- 1 lb ground chicken
- 1 1/2 tsp cumin
- 1 1/2 tsp chile powder
- 1 1/2 tsp montreal steak seasoning
- 1 1/2 tsp poultry seasoning
- 1 1/2 tsp paprika
- 2 tsp chopped parsley
- 2 dashes hot sauce
- 4 sheets phyllo dough
- 4 Tbsp butter (melted)
- Pre heat oven 425 degrees
- Combine all spices in a bowl with the chicken...mix well but do not overwork...
- Place one sheet of phyllo on a non stick cookie sheet,butter it with a pastry brush, add second layer of phyllo. Divede chicken mixture in half. Make a log (approx i inch thick)the length of the long side of phyllo dough. Roll the log tightly. Place seam side down. Cut into four sections brush with butter.Repeat with remaining chicken and phyllo
- Bake 12 minutes until golden
