Sugar Nut Sticks

  1. Dough:
  2. Mix flour & sugar. Cut in butter. Stir in milk and egg. Mixture should form a soft dough. Form into a ball, divide in half. Roll each half into a 12"x4" rectangle between two sheets of waxed paper.
  3. Preheat oven to 350.
  4. Filling:
  5. Mix all filling ingredients. Spread down the center of each dough rectangle.
  6. Bring the long edges together and seal in the center. Securely seal ends.
  7. Glaze:
  8. Mix all glaze ingredients until smooth. Pour over after baking.
  9. Bake at 350 for 30 minutes on cookie sheets.
  10. Cool slightly and drizzle with glaze.
  11. Cut into 1" sticks.
