Layered Pizza Dip
- 14.5 oz can roasted diced tomatoes
- 1/4 tsp garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp onion powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp pepper
- 8 oz cream cheese, room temperature
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 8 oz Italian Cheese, finely shredded, divided in 3rds
- 12 slices pepperoni
- 4 slices cooked bacon, crumbled
- 8 oz can sliced black olives
- Breadsticks or garlic parmesan pretzel chips
- 1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
- 2. Combine tomatoes, seasonings, salt & pepper in a blender until pureed. Set aside.
- 3. In a medium bowl, combine cream cheese, sour cream & 1/3 of the shredded cheese. Mix until well combined.
- 4. Spread cream cheese mixture in an even layer in a pie plate.
- 5. Pour pizza sauce over cream cheese mixture & spread it evenly with a spatula.
- 6. Sprinkle on 1/3 of the cheese.
- 7. Top with pepperoni & bacon.
- 8. Cover the dip completely with the remaining cheese.
- 9. Bake for 20-25 minutes, until the cheese is browned & bubbly.
- 10. Arrange olives on top of the dip.
- 11. Serve with the breadsticks or pretzel chips.
