Oyster Casserole - Granny'S

  1. Preheat oven 325 bake
  2. use a long casserole dish(so not to overcook the oysters)
  3. Grease the casserole dish with part of the butter
  4. Put layers of crackers, oysters,cheese, repeat. The last layer is the cheese,topped with the crackers- BEFORE ADDING THE LAST CHEESE LAYER
  5. mix the beaten eggs, Milk, Worcestershire, celery, bacon and salt/pepper. Pour over casserole then top with the cheese and crackers(add more or less crackers as needed to cover) dot with rest of butter
  6. Bake at 325 for 30 minutes
