Chicken Cutlets With Spaghetti
- 1 large pkg. chicken cutlets
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. pepper
- 1 1/2 tsp. minced garlic
- 1 bag potato chips (any flavor)
- 4 eggs
- 1 lb. spaghetti
- 1 jar Ragu meatless spaghetti sauce
- Clean chicken cutlets the day before and season with salt, pepper and garlic so that the chicken will soak up the seasonings. The following day, crush the potato chips and place them in a bowl.
- Beat the eggs in another bowl.
- Dip the chicken cutlets in eggs and then in the potato chip crumbs until they are fully covered.
- Bake at 325u0b0 for 45 minutes, then check with a fork to see if done inside.
- If not, let cook a little longer.
- While chicken is baking, cook spaghetti according to directions on package.
- Heat spaghetti sauce.
- Combine sauce and spaghetti and serve with chicken cutlets.
