Jambalaya

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees
  2. 1. In heavy skillet, saute the sausage, onion, green pepper and garlic in oil until vegetables are tender. Add chicken; cook for 5 minutes. Stir in the remaining ingredients.
  3. 2. Transfer to a 2-qt. baking dish. Cover and bake for 1 hour or until rice is tender and liquid absorbed.
