Teriyaki Burgers W/ Wasabi Mayo

  1. Place Wasabi mayo ingredients in medium bowl; stir thoroughly. Adjust seasoning to your personal taste. Cover and refrigerate while preparing burgers.
  2. Whisk together Teriyaki Sauce ingredients and pour over Ground Beef. Mix gently and form into 4-5 patties 1/2" thick.
  3. Grill on BBQ, stovetop or George Forman-type Grill for 3-4 minutes per side, until MR. Remove to a plate, cover and let rest 5 minutes.
  4. Brush inside of buns with olive oil and place on grill 'til golden brown and toasty.
  5. Brush each side with the Wasabi Mayo and fill with a burger. Serve immediately to the oooh's and aaah's of your guests.
