Broccoli Casserole
- Package of frozen broccoli, cook
- 2 breasts of chicken, boil & shred
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 cup of mayo
- 1 teaspoon curry powder
- 10+ crackers (Ritz or saltines)
- 1 cup of cheddar cheese
- 5 thin slices of butter (or margarine)
- 1. Cook broccoli, drain. Place in bottom of casserole dish.
- 2. Boil chicken for 20 minutes, then shred.
- 3. Mix together in large mixing bowl: soups, mayo, curry powder & chicken.
- 4. Add mixture on top of broccoli.
- 5. Crush crackers & add to top of casserole.
- 6. Add shredded cheese to top of casserole.
- 7. Add sliced butter to the top of the casserole.
- 7. Bake 30 minutes @ 325.
