Zander'S Healthy Veggie Stir Fry

  1. To make the sauce mix the soy and rice vinegar and pour into a sauce pan
  2. Heat for a minute, then add in the oyster sauce
  3. mix the two oils
  4. Pour the oil into the pan and heat them
  5. Once heated cook the garlic slightly to release the fragrance
  6. Add in the onion cook to a golden brown
  7. Once the onion is cooked add the fennel root and the bottoms of the bok choy cook until transparent
  8. Once cooked add the carrots, bean sprouts, mushrooms, chives if found, and bok choy leaves
  9. Cook for 1 minute then add sauce
  10. Cook for 3 additional minutes stirring constantly to coat all the vegetables
  11. Once finished serve and enjoy
