Bb&C Calzones

  1. 1) cook bacon & beef
  2. 2) then use the grease to
  3. saute the onions, green
  4. peppers, jalapenos...drain
  5. 3) lay out the crescent dough
  6. as single triangles.
  7. 4) put 1 big TBS. meat mixture
  8. in center, add beans &
  9. cover with your fav. cheese
  10. 5) rub olive oil on the edges
  11. and fold over crimping
  12. edges with a fork - poke
  13. the side once to allow
  14. steam to escape.
  15. 6) bake in the oven per pkg.
  16. instructions - if baking
  17. on the grill, "oil" alum.
  18. foil with olive oil or
  19. nonstick spray and grill
  20. about the same length of
  21. time as in the oven
  22. (depending on heat of coals)
  23. 7) for those really hungry
  24. people, put in 2-3 TBS of
  25. beef mix, beans & cheese.
  26. 8) oil edges same way and
  27. layer with another dough
  28. triangle, but instead of
  29. crimping edges, roll then
  30. up instead for a better
  31. grip when eating - cooking
  32. time will be the same for
  33. oven or grill - don't
  34. forget steam holes - ENJOY!
