Roasted Red Pepper Alfredo
- 1 Box Fettucine Pasta
- 3 Tbsp Butter
- 3 1/2 Tbsp Flour
- 2 Cups Milk
- 1 Cup Half and Half
- 1 1/2 cup of Jarred Roasted Red Peppers
- 4 Cloves of Garlic
- 1 Cup Grated Parmesan
- Salt and Pepper to taste.
- 1. Boil Pasta until it's Al Dente
- 2. Melt Butter over medium heat in a medium saucepan.
- 3. Stir in the Flour and cook for a minute, until its fully mixed.
- 4. With a whisk slowly add Milk and Half and Half making sure you get rid of the clumps.
- 5. Add the chopped Red Pepper and garlic cloves and let it simmer for 10 minutes.
- 6. Pour the mixture into a blender until its uniform in color and smooth.
- 7. Pour back into the pain and pour parmesan cheese in and whisk until it's blended well.
- 8. Drain Pasta and toss with sauce to coat evenly.
- 9. Top with your Cajun Shrimp and Enjoy.
