Roasted Red Pepper Alfredo

  1. 1. Boil Pasta until it's Al Dente
  2. 2. Melt Butter over medium heat in a medium saucepan.
  3. 3. Stir in the Flour and cook for a minute, until its fully mixed.
  4. 4. With a whisk slowly add Milk and Half and Half making sure you get rid of the clumps.
  5. 5. Add the chopped Red Pepper and garlic cloves and let it simmer for 10 minutes.
  6. 6. Pour the mixture into a blender until its uniform in color and smooth.
  7. 7. Pour back into the pain and pour parmesan cheese in and whisk until it's blended well.
  8. 8. Drain Pasta and toss with sauce to coat evenly.
  9. 9. Top with your Cajun Shrimp and Enjoy.
