Pecan Pie Bars
- 2 c. unsifted flour
- 1/2 c. confectioners sugar
- 1 c. butter
- 1 can condensed milk
- 1 egg
- 1 (16 oz.) pkg. brickle almond chips
- 1 c. chopped pecans
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- Preheat oven to 350u0b0.
- Bake at 325u0b0
- for glass baking dish. In medium bowl, combine flour and sugar.
- Cut in butter until mixture resembles corn meal.
- Press firmly in bottom of 13 x 9-inch baking pan.
- Bake 15 minutes.
- In medium bowl, beat condensed milk, egg and vanilla with a beater until light and fluffy.
- Stir in brickle bits and chopped nuts.
- Spread milk mixture evenly on pie crust.
- Bake 25 minutes more or until golden brown.
- Cool.
- Chill thoroughly before cutting.
- Cut into bars. Store in covered container in refrigerator.
