Garlic Lime Chicken Breasts

  1. In a small bowl, mix salt, pepper, cayenne, paprika, 1/4 tsp garlic powder, onion powder, thyme, and parsley
  2. Sprinkle generously on both sides of chicken
  3. (I do this at least 1 hr before) bring chicken close to room temp before cooking
  4. Heat butter and olive oil in heavy skillet over medium heat.
  5. Saute chicken until golden brown, about 6 minutes on each side.
  6. Sprinkle with 2 tsp garlic powder and lime juice, cook 5 minutes stirring frequently to coat evenly with sauce
