- 1/2 C. RED ONION (CHOPPED FINELY)
- 3 CLOVES GARLIC (CHOPPED FINELY)
- GLAZE OR DIP:
- 1 TBSPS. MUSTARD (GREY POUPON
- OR ANY SPICY BROWN MUSTARD)
- 3 TBSPS. ORANGE MARMALADE
- 2 TBSPS. LIGHT BROWN SUGAR
- GLAZE OR DIP:
- ADD ALL 3 INGREDIENTS TOGET-
- HER IN A SM. BOWL, BLEND WELL
- TOGETHER. SET ASIDE UNTIL
- READY FOR BASTING ON HAM.
- MAKING HAM:
- ADD FIRST 3 INGREDIENTS EX-
- CEPT HAM, TO THE SKILLET UNTIL THE ALCOLHOL BURNS OFF. THEN ADD ALL THE OTHER INGREDIENTS INCLUDING THE
- HAM. COOK FOR ABOUT 5 MINS.,
- THEN WITH A BASTING BRUSH,
- BASTE BOTH SIDES OF THE HAM.
- THEN COOK THE HAM UNTIL IT IS
- COOKED ABOUT 2 OR 3 MINS. ON
- BOTH SIDES. WHEN IT IS DONE
- YOU WILL KNOW WHEN THE HAM
- IS GOLDEN BROWN ON BOTH SIDES.
