The Greatest Pork Roast

  1. Place

  4. roasting pan.
  5. Sprinkle roast lightly with garlic.
  6. Combine

  8. onion
  9. soup mix, butter, mustard, flour, black
  10. pepper and brown sugar to form a paste.
  11. Spread paste
  12. over top, sides and ends of pork roast.
  13. Dot shortening on top
  14. and cover
  15. pan.
  16. Roast

  18. 475u0b0 oven for 30 minutes. Reduce heat
  19. to 325u0b0 and continue baking for about 1 1/2 hours or

  21. hours, basting
  22. occasionally with drippings from meat. When roast is done or tender, carve or slice and serve.
  23. Makes about 8 to 10 servings.
