Everyone'S Favorite Super Easy Buffalo Chicken Dip
- 1 8 oz. package of cream cheese
- 1 8 oz. package of shredded Monterey jack cheese
- 1 bottle of your favorite hot wing sauce
- 2 tablespoons of Ranch dressing or blue cheese dressing (optional)
- 2 chicken flavored bouillon cubes
- 1 bag of tortilla chips
- 1.5 lbs boneless skinless chicken tenders
- Approximately 1 1/2 cups water
- Dissolve bouillon cubes in water, add chicken tenders on medium high heat until cooked. (Add water if necessary to just cover chicken.) Using a hand mixer, in your pot, shred the chicken. Strain chicken and reserve the water. Put your chicken into a crock-pot and mix with the cream cheese, Monterey jack cheese, wing dip, and ranch dressing or blue cheese dressing if desired. If the dip will be sitting for an entire football game add about 1/2-1 cup of the reserved water. Keep on low heat throughout the game and enjoy with tortilla chips!
