Thai Cabbage Salad

  1. Chop and dice all ingredients for salad. Toss together in large bowl.
  2. To make dressing, whisk in a bowl or small food processor also can use blending stick. I prefer a whisk.
  3. Toss to together before serving and sprinkle chopped peanuts on top. Add Ahi or chicken for a main meal.
  4. Enjoy!

  6. ** Note: If making ahead of time DO NOT toss in the dressing until ready to serve, can get soggy otherwise.
