Pork Chops And Potatoes(6 Servings)
- 6 pork chops (1/2 to 3/4-inch thick)
- 1 (10 3/4 oz.) can condensed cream of celery soup
- 1/2 c. milk
- 1/2 c. sour cream
- 1/2 tsp. pepper
- 1 tsp. seasoned salt
- 1 (24 oz.) bag frozen hash brown potatoes, thawed
- 1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
- 1 (2.8 oz.) can French fried onions
- Brown pork chops on both sides in skillet; drain and set aside.
- In large bowl, combine soup, milk, sour cream, pepper and seasoned salt.
- Stir in potatoes, 1/2 cup cheese and 1/2 cup French fried onions.
- Pour into a 9 x 13-inch baking dish; arrange pork chops on top.
- Bake, covered, in a 350u0b0 oven for 35 to 40 minutes.
- Top with remaining cheese and onions.
- Bake, uncovered, for an additional 5 minutes.
