Spagetti Without The Sauce
- 1 lb lean ground beef or ground Turkey
- 1 lb. Angel Hair pasta broken up 2-3 times. Cook as usual.
- 1 14 1/2 oz can of diced tomatoes (Garlic & Olive oil works best)
- About 1 cup of Grated Parmesan Cheese (Or more if your a cheese lover like my family is)
- Onion powder, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, and Seasoning salt to taste.
- 1 Tsp. minced garlic and/or 1/4 cup chopped onion.
- The first thing to do is to cook the pasta as directed on box. Drain, rinse and set aside. In same cooking pot, brown the ground turkey or beef. 5 minutes before finished can add optional onions and garlic. Season with onion powder, garlic powder, and seasoning salt. Add diced tomatoes with juice, reduce to medium low heat. Let it simmer for about 5 minutes. Add Angel Hair pasta, mix well. Add Italian seasoning, and more powders to taste. Reduce again to low, and add grated cheese. Mix well and cover. Allow 5 minutes to melt grated cheese. Add more before serving and shut off stove. Let stand covered again for 2-3 minutes. Serve. ** Can garnish with some shredded Mozzerella if it is your preference.
