Super Easy Pasta Salad
- 1 large bag Tri-Colored Rotini Pasta
- 1 Lg. Bottle Zesty Italian Dressing
- 1 can each: Peas, green beans, corn (white & yellow), medium olives, chopped olives (whatever canned vegetables you like, throw them in!)
- 1 lg. Red onion, chopped lengthwise (not diced)
- 1 entire bulb garlic, crushed
- 1 red pepper, chopped
- 1 yellow pepper, chopped
- 1 jar artichoke hearts, lightly chopped
- 1 cup sweet banana peppers, lightly chopped
- 2 cups dry salami, cubed
- dill weed
- coarse salt
- fresh cracked black pepper
- italian seasoning
- red (chili) peppers
- sugar
- vinegar
- olive oil
- Prepare pasta as per package instructions, DO NOT OVER COOK! Rinse in cold water, drizzle small amount olive oil over noodles to inhibit sticking, place in refridgerator to cool.
- While pasta is cooking, chop garlic, red onions and bell peppers.
- As Pasta is cooling, into large bowl, combine all ingredients except for sugar, vinegar and oil. Mix Well and season to taste. If base is too tart, add sugar in small amounts - if it becomes too sweet, add vinegar to balance sugar. Add pasta and mix well again. Season to taste and repeat sugar or vinegar process to balance taste combination.
