Napa Valley Slaw
- Dressing:
- 1 cup veg. oil
- 1/2 cup sugfar
- 1/3 cup white wine vinegar
- 2 packets beef flavoring Raman noodles
- Salad:
- 2 bunches chopped scallions
- 1 sm head cabbage, shredded
- 1 cup sunflower seeds
- 0. Dressing: 1 cup vegetable oil; 1/2 cup sugar; 1/3 c white wine vinegar; 2 packets of beef flavoring from Rama noodles (must be beef, not roast beef). Mix and refrigerate for at least one hour before dressing salad.
- 1. Saute till browned in butter at least 2 (I use 4, at least) pkgs of dry beef-flavored Raman noodles (crumbled) and 1 cup of sunflower seeds. Set aside and let cool completely.
- 2. Shred 1 small head of cabbage shredded.
- 3. 2 bunches of of scallions chopped--keep these separate until you mix everything up.
- 4. Combine all ingredients toss with dressing JUST BEFORE serving.
