Cheesy Raffaellos With Prunes.

  1. Put the prunes into the hot boiled water untill they become soft. Roast the walnuts in the dry skillet without any oil. Then stuff every prune with the walnut.
  2. Grate the cheese finely, grind up the garlic. You can add garlic as much as you like. Mix grinded cheese and garlic and mayonnaise and alittle black pepper very carefully. Add mayonnaise as much as it would become paste.Grind up the frozen crab sticks/surimi to make them crumbs.
  3. Let us start making the balls!
  4. Take a stuffet prune, stick it all over with cheese paste and the roll it in surimi`s crumbs. Put them separately on the plate.
  5. Bon Appetit!!!
