Marinated Green Beans - Jackie
- 4(16 oz.)cans whole green
- beans
- 1 c cider vinegar
- 1/2 c cold water
- 3 TBsp. Wesson oil
- 1/2 tsp. salt/pepper
- 1 c sugar
- Red onion, thinly sliced
- 1 c sour cream
- 1/2 c mayo
- 1 tsp. lemon juice
- 1/4 tsp. dry mustard
- 1 TBsp. horseradish
- 1/4 tsp. onion juice
- (grated onion works fine)
- Mix vinegar, water, oil, salt/pepper and sugar in bowl. Stir until sugar dissolves. Drain beans. Add to vinegar mixture. Refrigerate overnight, turning occasionally.

- Mix sour cream, mayo, lemon juice, dry mustard, horseradish and onion juice together and chill. Serve in a separate dish.
