Lemonade Cake

  1. Instructions for the cake: Preheat oven to 325 degrees.
  2. Grease and flour a 9x13 inch pan. Combine the cake mix, sour cream, frozen lemonade concentrate, cream cheese and eggs. Mix at low speed until moist. Then at medium speed for 2 minutes.
  3. Pour batter into the prepared pan and bake for 30-35 minutes or until cake tests done.
  4. Cool for 5 minutes.
  5. Instructions for the glaze: Combine the lemonade mix, water and confectioners sugar.
  6. Add the melted butter slowly and blend well.
  7. Prick the cake with a fork. Pour glaze over the still warm cake.
