Leila’S Delectable Rosemary Pecans

  1. Pre-heat oven to 375 degrees.
  2. In a small bowl, combine herb mixture. In a large bowl toss pecans and melted butter. Add herb mixture to nuts and toss well.
  3. Place pecans on a cookie sheet. Roast for about 10 minutes tossing a couple times in between. The pecans should be heated throughout and a darker color (be careful not to burn). At the end, sprinkle and toss with lots of salt and a bit of black pepper.
  4. Serve warm or store in an airtight container for 1-2 weeks.
