Vegetable Salad
- 1/2 pound Green beans
- 1/2 pound Cherry tomato
- Lettuce leaves
- 1 Red onion
- Sauce
- -3 tablespoons sour cream
- -1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
- -2 teaspoons honey
- -1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
- -chive
- -salt, black pepper
- Put the rinsed beans in a large bowl. Wash the lettuce and slice it to have thin strips. Keep it in the fridge while preparing the other ingredients.
- Cut the cherry tomatoes in half, and add them into the bowl. Slice the red onion, add to the bowl.
- Now, prepare the sauce: Stir the soured cream with the balsamic vinegar. Mix together the mustard and the honey; add this final mixture to the soured cream. Cut very thin the chive and put it into the sauce. Season with salt and pepper.
- Add the lettuce leaves to the salad.
- Put the sauce into the bowl and mix well.
- In a serving platter, put the salad, to decorate lay on top chives.
- Enjoy.
