Aka'S Fish Cakes

  1. 1.temove skin from hake, boil for 30 minutes, cool and flake the fish.
  2. 2.tdd all ingredients except eggs & bread crumbs to the fish & mix all together.
  3. 3.teat eggs and add to the mixture, do not over mix as the mixture will become too soft to handle.
  4. 4.take into patties, dip in bread crumbs.
  5. 5.try in medium oil until golden brown.
