Best Oatmeal Raisin Cookies

  1. Heat oven to 350u0b0F.
  2. Beat together butter and sugars until creamy. Add eggs and vanilla; beat well.
  3. Whisk together flour, baking soda, cinnamon and salt; stir together until no streaks remain.
  4. Stir this into the butter mixture. Stir in oats and raisins; mix well.
  5. Drop by rounded tablespoonfuls onto an ungreased cookie sheet.
  6. Bake for 10 to 12 minutes or until golden brown.
  7. Cool 1 minute on cookie sheet; remove to wire rack.
  8. Makes about 4 dozen.
