Lasagna

  1. Brown meat and drain fat.
  2. Add 1 tablepsoon parsley, 1 1/2 teaspoons salt, tomato paste, 1 tablespoon basil, tomatoes and chopped garlic clove.
  3. Simmer until thick (about 45 to 60 minutes).
  4. Cook noodles until tender, drain and rinse in cold water.
  5. Combine cottage cheese, eggs, 2 tablespoon parsley, pepper and Parmesan cheese; mix well.
  6. Place half of cooked noodles in 9 x 13-inch baking dish and spread half of cheese mixture over noodles.
  7. Add half of grated Mozzarella and half of meat sauce; repeat layers.
  8. Bake at 375u0b0 for 30 minutes.
  9. Let stand for 15 minutes and cut into squares.
  10. Enjoy!
