Sesame Noodles

  1. Boil pasta for just a few minutes (al dente), rinse and add sauce slowly. You don't want the pasta swimming in the sauce; just covered with sauce. Add minced scallions/onions
  2. Roast sesame seeds over hot dry skillet (fry pan) until brown. Watch out they turn quickly when they turn.
  3. Sprinkle minced red and yellow peppers and a sprinkling of sesame seeds on top before serving.
