Spicy Chicken Tacos

  1. In a large frying pan, saute onion and garlic in small amount of oil until translucent. Add remaining ingredients and simmer uncovered on medium low heat for 30-45 minutes or until all vegtables and peppers are thoroughly wilted. Remove chicken from pan and cut into bite sized pieces and put back into pan. Turn heat to high and saute while stirring and flipping frequently for 5 minutes to coat chicken in sauce. Reduce heat to low and serve on warm flour tortilla with shredded cheese and sour cream. Serve with rice and beans and enjoy!
