3 Bean Salad Bowl
- 1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen cut up green beans
- 1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen cut up wax beans
- 1 (1 lb.) can red kidney beans, drained
- 1/2 c. thinly sliced red onion
- 1 green pepper, slivered (1 c.)
- 1/2 c. salad oil
- 2/3 c. wine vinegar
- 1/2 tsp. Worcestershire
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 1 clove garlic, split
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/8 tsp. pepper
- salad greens
- Cook green and wax beans as package labels direct.
- Drain; let cool.
- In large salad bowl, lightly toss with kidney beans, onion and green pepper.
- In jar shake oil, vinegar, Worcestershire, sugar, garlic, salt and pepper until well mixed.
- Discard garlic. Pour dressing over beans; mix to coat well.
- Refrigerate 2 to 3 hours.
- Serve on salad greens.
