Korean Short Ribs

  1. Combine all the ingredients except the oil in a large bowl and mix well.
  2. Using a whisk slowly pour in oil while whisking at the same time so that the oil emulsifies with the marinade.
  3. Dip each rib into the marinade and place into a large zip lock bags or a marinade container. Allow ribs to marinade at least an hour before you plan on cooking them.
  4. Heat grill or charcoal to medium high. When grill is hot place ribs on the grill and cook for about 2-3 minutes on each side. Keep an eye on the ribs because they cook fast.
  5. Take off the grill when they're done and enjoy.
